Prentke Romich has partnered with IntelliTools to develop unique intervention activities in Classroom Suite 4 to provide direct support for the AAC LanguageLearning Lab. Classroom Suite 4 (www.intellitools.com) is an educational software program designed to help all students learn to their fullest potential.
The activities are scaffolded to support a variety of learning styles. By using sound, vibrant images and animations, the activities are engaging and fun. All activities can be accessed using a PRC communication device with "plug and play" USB computer access. Support is provided with the use of prompts if needed. All student progress can be tracked using built in features within the software.
- Stage 1 Talking with one word at a time.
- Stage 2 Talking with two and three word phrases.
- Stage 3 Building phrases and early sentences.
- Stage 4 Learning grammar and sentence structure.
- Stage 5 Using sentences and phrases with more grammar endings.
- Stage 6 Using essentially correct grammar and syntax.
